The ice dye process itself takes 24+ hours per batch (dye application, 24-hour set time, multiple rinse cycles), plus time for us to source blanks and prepare your specific color mix. After our thorough multi-rinse process (we rinse until the water runs completely clear), the colors are set permanently. Wash in cold water and tumble dry low for best results, but these pieces hold up beautifully to regular machine washing.
