Processing Time

We ship daily. Please allow 5–7 days for all handmade items to be created and shipped. Ready to Ship items may ship sooner.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx (including international via FedEx). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Return Policy

All sales are final due to the handmade, one-of-a-kind nature of our products. We cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We'll work with you to resolve it.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lost or stolen packages are covered. If your package goes missing in transit, reach out to us and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable. They make a great gift for anyone who loves unique, handmade pieces!
