What are your wholesale minimums?
Our minimum wholesale order is 12 pieces per style. You can mix sizes within a style. For ice dye, we recommend starting with a sample order of 6 pieces to see colorways in person before committing to a larger run.
What is the typical turnaround time?
Ice dye orders take 2–3 weeks due to the 24-hour dye-set process. Custom graphic tees and DTF orders typically ship in 1–2 weeks. Rush orders may be available — contact us to discuss your timeline.
How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on the blank, print method, and order quantity. Per-unit pricing decreases at 25, 50, 100, and 250+ piece thresholds. Contact us for a custom quote — we’re transparent about pricing.
Do you offer samples before ordering?
Yes. We can send sample pieces so you can see and feel the quality before placing a wholesale order. For DTF and sublimation, we produce a physical test print on your selected blank for approval before running the full batch.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, and cash for local orders. For first-time wholesale orders, we require payment upfront. Established wholesale partners may qualify for net-15 terms on reorders.
Can you ship directly to my store?
Absolutely. We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx with full tracking. Local York-area businesses can arrange direct delivery or studio pickup. We can also split shipments to multiple addresses.
Do you offer wholesale for online-only businesses?
Yes. Many of our wholesale partners sell through their own websites, Etsy shops, or social media. We can provide product photos and descriptions to help you list our products in your online store.
