The mystery ice-dye long-sleeve tee uses a Gildan Softstyle shirt and leaves the finished color mix unnamed. Its ring-spun cotton body and sleeves give the dye one continuous surface to move through.
I fold the body and sleeves together, pack them with soda ash, and let dry dye descend through ice. The sleeve folds interrupt the melt in their own way, so their lines cannot mirror the body or another long-sleeve tee.
