This website is operated by Floorboard Findings Boutique. Throughout the site, “Floorboard Findings,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Floorboard Findings Boutique. By visiting the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from them.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer our products and services.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your place of residence, or use the site with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the site or its products for an unlawful purpose, interfere with the site's operation, transmit harmful code, scrape customer information, or violate the rights of Floorboard Findings or another person.

Products and handmade variation

We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph products accurately. Screens display colors differently, and handmade ice-dye results naturally vary.

For made-to-order styles, product photographs show the design and color direction; the exact folds, dye placement, and color splits will vary. For products specifically labeled Ready to Ship, the photographed finished item is the exact piece the customer will receive.

Product availability, descriptions, prices, and quantities may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue a product or colorway.

Orders, payment, and cancellation

Customers must provide complete and accurate order, billing, delivery, and contact information. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order when necessary, including for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, or orders that cannot be fulfilled. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.

Customer-requested cancellations are not guaranteed after an order is placed. Our Return and Refund Policy controls returns, exchanges, replacements, and approved refunds.

Shipping

Processing, carrier, rate, tracking, and delivery information is explained in our Shipping Policy. Carrier and delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise.

Studio content and intellectual property

The site's photographs, product descriptions, graphics, branding, designs, and original written content belong to Floorboard Findings or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced, sold, republished, or used commercially without written permission, except where applicable law permits.

Third-party services and links

The site may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment providers, shipping carriers, social networks, analytics providers, and other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Floorboard Findings is not responsible for the content or operation of a third-party site.

Errors and changes

We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate product details, pricing errors, inventory errors, or other omissions. When an error affects an order already placed, we may contact the customer, correct the order with agreement, or cancel and refund it as appropriate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Floorboard Findings is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Floorboard Findings from claims resulting from your unlawful use of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable United States federal law, without limiting consumer rights that apply under the law of the customer's residence.
