Floorboard Findings is a small, independent studio in York, Pennsylvania. Some pieces are ready to ship and others are made to order in studio batches.
Shipping
Product pages identify whether an item is ready to ship or made to order. Ready-to-ship pieces normally leave the studio in 1–3 days. Made-to-order pieces normally leave the studio in about 5–7 days and require studio time for folding, dyeing, curing, rinsing, washing, drying, and finishing. Product-specific processing estimates and batch cutoffs apply when shown.
Domestic shipping services and prices are calculated at checkout. Tracking is sent when the order leaves the studio. Carrier delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Returns, replacements, and refunds
All sales are final. Floorboard Findings does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, sizing, color preference, or other buyer-remorse reasons.
If an item arrives damaged or we send the wrong item, contact Maria with the order number and photographs. After review, the item will be remade or replaced. If replacement is not possible and a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 48 hours of approval.
