Refund policy

All sales are final

All Floorboard Findings sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, sizing, color preference, or other buyer-remorse reasons.

Our ice-dyed garments are handmade in small batches or made to order. Natural differences in folds, dye placement, and color splitting are part of the ice-dye process and are not defects. For made-to-order styles, product photographs show the design and color direction; the exact ice-dye pattern will vary. For items specifically labeled Ready to Ship, the photographed finished item is the exact piece the customer will receive.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or Floorboard Findings sends the wrong item, contact us through our contact page with the order number and photographs of the item and packaging. After reviewing the issue, Maria will remake or replace the item at no additional product cost.

If a replacement is not possible and a refund is approved, Floorboard Findings will issue the refund to the original payment method within 48 hours of approval. A bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Authorized returns and shipping

Do not mail an item back without written authorization from Floorboard Findings. Because regular returns are not accepted, there is no standard return window. If Floorboard Findings exceptionally authorizes a physical return, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
