The electric tide colorway moves blue through gray on a fleece-lined crewneck or hoodie. Its cool contrast is spread across the sweatshirt by melting ice, giving the surface a tide-like direction without a repeated wave print.
I arrange each garment by hand, add soda ash, and place dry dye over a mound of ice. The melt travels around the bundle’s ridges and low points, so the blue current on the next electric tide piece will take another course.
