What started as a small Etsy shop fueled by creativity and a love for color has grown into a full boutique and wholesale operation. Maria Budziszewski founded Floorboard Findings in 2015, selling handmade Swarovski crystal jewelry from her home in Pennsylvania. What began as a creative outlet quickly became a passion — and then a business.
With a Bachelor’s in Art from California University of Pennsylvania and a lifelong passion for color theory, Maria brings an artist’s eye to everything she creates. She developed her signature ice dye technique through years of experimentation — applying powdered fiber-reactive dye over ice on fabric to produce stunning, watercolor-like patterns that can never be duplicated. Every piece is a one-of-a-kind original.
Today, Floorboard Findings has expanded far beyond its Etsy beginnings. From hand ice-dyed sweatshirts and tees to custom graphic apparel using DTF transfers and sublimation, to delicate Swarovski crystal jewelry — every product is created under one artistic vision. Maria also partners with small businesses and organizations, providing wholesale custom apparel for campgrounds, fire departments, and local brands across Pennsylvania and beyond.
