Bonfire Blank Ice Dye Tee, Crewneck, or Hoodie
Dyed to order in this colorway. Maria uses the featured palette for every garment, while the melting ice creates natural variation in each finished pattern.
Last runs of this colorway. When the season closes it sleeps until next fall.
Hand-dyed by Maria in York, Pennsylvania · one at a time since 2015
The bonfire blank combines gray, pink, and purple ice dye across short- and long-sleeve tees, crewnecks, and hoodies. The three-color dye work can stand on its own or serve as the base for another project.
I fold and soda-ash each blank, pile on ice, then place dry dye above it. The melt draws pink and purple through the gray in routes set by that one bundle, so another blank cannot match its color lines.
I dye the bonfire blank in York, Pennsylvania; wash cold inside out and hang or tumble low.
Same dye. Four pieces. Yours will be its own.
Ice decides the pattern, not us. These are four real pieces from this colorway — no two the same, and none of them a rendering.
