Black & Pink Ice Dye Crewneck

Black and pink share this hand ice-dyed colorway, offered on short- and long-sleeve tees, crewnecks, and hoodies. The pink reads through the darker field instead of sitting on top as a printed pattern.

I form the folds by hand, add soda ash, then set dry dye over mounded ice. The melt carries pink into black along different seams and pools on each garment, so the next piece will have its own map of color.

I dye the black and pink apparel in York, Pennsylvania; wash it cold inside out and hang or tumble dry low.
