Where did Floorboard Findings begin: Floorboard Findings was created in 2014 after I had graduated from California University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelors in Art. I began creating handmade jewelry over the years and further expanded into a full boutique.
Return policy: All sales final. I do not accept returns on pre-ordered items, sale items or jewelry.
The buyer is responsible for shipping if something needs to be returned/exchanged to Floorboard Findings (will share address upon request)
If item arrives defective I will replace or reimburse item for store credit. Once worn I cannot replace or reimburse.
Please notify me of any issues within 3 days of receiving your items.
Once orders are placed they cannot be cancelled. Buyer will receive store credit for that amount.
Lost/Stolen Packages: As a one woman show I try to track each package I ship until it is delivered to your door. If you are having trouble finding your package/unable to track please contact me & I will contact the post master.
Gift cards: nonrefundable if lost or stolen
